Salvaged from a decaying brick shell of the once thriving Polar Wave ice factory, the IceHouse's 42 units brought Smart Tech to Soulard in 2015. Walk the hallways, which are lined with framed photos of the original ice house, to the elevator and head up to the rooftop for lounging by the bar or taking in excellent views of the Arch, Anheuser-Busch Brewery, and the rest of downtown. IceHouse residents can use their tenant fobs to access the neighboring Steelyard's pool deck, gym, and other amenities.
