Historic Hampden Hall is the only fully renovated high rise with central air in the Central West End. The 14 story apartment community was constructed by the Barnett Architectural firm, one of the many famous landmarks that this firm contributed to St. Louis, including the Post-Dispatch building, the Busch Mausoleum, and most famously, the Cathedral Basilica. The arched doorways and crown molding inside these apartments are just part of what gives them their Neo-Renaissance style. Lux Living oversaw a thorough renovation in 2016, adding in-unit laundry and premium finishes to each apartment while updating all common areas and hallways.
