The Ely Walker Lofts is located in the heart of the Washington Avenue Loft District in Downtown St. Louis. Originally built in 1907 as a dry goods warehouse and designed by world-renowned architects Eames & Young, the building was transformed 100 years later into 174 luxury residential lofts with a vaulted ceiling garage underneath. Lux Living recently funded updates to the rooftop, lobby entrance, and mailroom, installing an automated package locker system.
